If you have never worked with zucchini noodles, this is the book for you. It explains everything you need to know to use them in all of your recipes, not just the ones included here. I have used zucchini noodles before, but learned so many new things about how to make them even better. I have shared this book with several friends and they were all excited to get it.

I have been spiralizing zucchini for quite a while now and thought I knew all about it. Then I purchased “Oodles of Zoodles” and discovered just how much I didn’t know! The tutorial at the beginning of the book is stuffed with all kinds of things that will help you be successful at cooking zoodles. Things that I hadn’t even considered. The recipes are amazing and, yes, I have made recipes from every chapter. I never thought I would enjoy cold Zoodle dishes and now they are a staple of my meal plan. Especially the “Cold Peanut Zoodles”. My family has enjoyed every dish I have made from this book. I have recommended this cookbook to two different support groups that I attend and to an online bariatric community that I an a part of. Everyone that has purchased “Oodles of Zoodles” has raved about the recipes. So, if you are new to zoodles or have been making them for a while, this book is for you!

I love the versitility of zucchini and without this book, I never would have known it could be used in so many ways. Although I haven’t tried all the recipies yet, the ones I did try have been spot on and very delicious. The recipies are easy to follow and understand. Thank you for being creative enough to put this book together.

I have read the book from cover to cover! I am thrilled with it! It has given me the breakdown of “How-to” and tool options to use and even how to freeze them! I cannot wait to plant my garden of zucchini next summer! There is NOTHING negative to report … except I wish EVERY recipe had a picture… there are maybe a half dozen that do not, but all the pics are fabulous and I appreciate having recipes with pictures to see what my end result should look like! Thank you Nikki for another fabulous book!
