Watch your inbox on Friday for your CyberFit Workout with Nik and her trainer, Ashley Melis. The subject line of the email will say “CyberFit with Nik!”
Then you can watch the CyberFit session at your leisure to get a glimpse of what this easy and convenient service is like.
Here’s what to expect from the workout:
- The workout will run about 30 minutes and will feature 6 different exercises: 2 that would be considered easy, 2 moderate, 2 advanced. Both the moderate and advanced moves will have modifications!
- Wear proper workout clothes and shoes if you intend to follow along (or you can just watch!)
- Be sure to stretch before the workout!
