Spray a non-stick skillet with nonstick cooking spray, set it over medium heat and allow it to get hot. Add apples, sweetener and pie spice and cook until apples are softened, about 3 minutes. Transfer mixture to ramekins.
In a bullet-style blender or mini-food processor, pulse butter, cereal, almonds and sweetener until mixture is thorougly combined (will start to clump a little). Spoon mixture over each ramekin.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until topping is crispy and filling bubbles over the topping.
