Smoky, Spicy (and vegan!) Roasted Brussels Sprouts
A smoky, savory version of Brussels sprouts for folks who usually eat them with bacon. 😉

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Cut stems off Brussels sprouts and halve them, placing them into a large bowl.
    3. Add garlic and spices, then oil. Toss until all sprouts are coated.
    4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay sprouts out in an even layer. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until desired done-ness is achieved (I like mine crispy!)
    5. Allow to cool a bit before serving.
