I don’t know about you, but for me, keeping healthy habits seemed a lot easier when I was a new post-op. I exercised every day, drank lots of water, paid close attention to the amount of protein I ate, took all my vitamins and made mostly good, healthy choices.

And then things began to change. Not all at once. Little by little. Suddenly I could tolerate foods that used to make me sick, so I ate them! Then several things stressed me out and I was too tired to even think straight, much less go to the gym. So there I was…squarely off track, wanting to get back on.
