Fruity Protein Smoothie

~~posted by Jen

Everyone knows how much I love my Click Frapp, but sometimes I need something a bit different.  So tonight I needed a late night protein boost, so I tried something new and it really came out great!  I made an amazing Blueberry Protein Smoothie that I think y’all will just love.  Best of all it packs ALOT of protein and nutrients in a small serving!  I had blueberries on hand that needed to be used, so I decided to make it blueberry flavor, but this would be awesome with strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, or peaches.  Play with your food, change it up, and make what you like!  (Somehow drinks never photograph quite as well as food, but I tried!)

Jen’s Fruity Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
8 oz Greek Yogurt
4 oz 2% milk
3 packets Splenda
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
handful (maybe 1/4 cup or so) blueberries or whatever berry you like (fresh or frozen)

Directions:
Add the Greek yogurt, milk, & Splenda to the  blender or Magic Bullet  first, then put in the protein powder and fruit.  Whiz it all up together until thoroughly combined, then pour it into a glass & enjoy.  You can top it with a bit of whippage if you like, I know Nik would approve!
